Rose types with perfect grammar and syntax, using standard capitalization and punctuation. She also tend toward the more loquacious aspect of the conversational spectrum. This is unavoidable.
However, her purple prose in the most literal sense is not.
Certain occasions will even mean this sort of text be used to differentiate her speech.
If you object to the use of lavender text, please leave a comment with your name and characters and I will do my best to avoid assaulting your eyes.

4^th WALL BREAKING: Go for it.
THREADJACKING: Yes go for it, have fun. If it starts to flood my inbox I might turn notifs off, but that's about it.
BACK THREADING: Yes please. Sometimes I get so swamped with things I have to do this in order to finish anything.

MIND READING: Sure! Surface details would be most acceptable, any more than that, please use discretion or ask first!
LOCATION SENSING: Generally okay!
TELEPATHY: Go for it.
SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: Will it hurt/maim/kill/alter her memories or appearance? Either way, please ask! I'm mostly cool with everything but asking is probably the best way to go if it is something big.

FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Rose won't be doing much fighting but she has a ball of yarn that will bonk you into a nice nap and some scary magic knitting needles, yay!
INJURY/DEATH: Just let me know first.
WIN/LOSE/TIE: If it makes sense for her to lose, she definitely will!
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: Nothing in particular. Rose is thin, very pale, with platinum hair and violet eyes. That's about it.
